+ Does VALLETTA only work with start-up businesses?

We are a creative agency that welcomes all types of businesses and Entrepreneurs. Although we are specialized in the Fashion, Beauty, and Lifestyle industries, our team at VALLETTA has the knowledge and expertise to work with clients from any given industry.

+ Is a contract necessary? 

Yes. All clients working with VALLETTA CREATIVE AGENCY will be required to sign a service contract specifically targeted to your requested services. We believe a contract is necessary to protect our clients’ rights, as well as our agency. You can find additional information related to this, at our Contract and Payment Terms section.

+ How does payment work? 

In most cases, payment will include a pre-consultation fee to discuss project needs and goals within an ideal budget. A pre-consultation may not be required if clients have a solid foundation of their goals, objectives and have a realistic budget that will match their expectations. In order to secure your project with VALLETTA, as per the contract, a down payment of 50% of your total invoice amount will be required for all services upfront. The remaining balance will be invoiced once your project is complete, and before final files are sent. For our Social Media services, you will be invoiced monthly. Any remaining balances shall be paid before receiving any finalized files.

+ Will VALLETTA provide access to the working files of my project? 

No. We only provide you with the final and completed files. Nonetheless, we are flexible in terms of specific clients’ needs. If for any reason you need to gain access to your project’s working files, there will be an additional cost to do so. This can be discussed further during our initial consultation.

+ What is the process like once I decide to obtain a service from VALLETTA?

+ How many revisions are allowed? 

Once we have defined the elements of your project, and you have approved your Mood Board, you will be entitled to three (3) rounds of revisions. If you want any extra revisions, these will be provided at an additional cost.

+ Does VALLETTA offer refunds for any service? 

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, we do not offer any refunds.

 

+ Does VALLETTA work with brands outside of the U.S.? 

Absolutely! We welcome brands from all over the world. Our mission is to help businesses and entrepreneurs from any given location and industry. We are proud to be able to complete our services in a completely remote manner.

If you require any design work in languages other than English, we will be happy to do the necessary translations. For any translation service without a draft copy in the required language, an additional cost will be applied.

+ How long does a project take? 

Project deadlines are specific to each service and will vary depending on the service that you are inquiring about. Deadlines will also vary based on responsiveness and communication effectiveness.

+ How much will my project cost? 

Considering that each of our designs and services is based upon customized strategies, pricing will vary. However, VALLETTA believes in supporting you and your business; which is why we work around your budget and business goals. We value your vision and will work with you in any way we can! 

+ Things have changed, can I cancel my project? 

We understand how things can change in an instant! Yes, you can cancel your project at any time. However, you will not be entitled to any type of refund and must reimburse VALLETTA CREATIVE AGENCY the full amount for any materials and/or licenses purchased that were required for your project.
