At VALLETTA, we specialize in providing custom strategies that will help manage and support your business. Just as every business is different, so is the creative process for each one. Meaning, your services will be custom-tailored to your specific needs.

This is an insight into what a general creative process looks like in our agency. It serves as a guide on what you can expect from our journey together.

 

I. ESTABLISHING YOUR QUOTE

After receiving your service inquiry request, one of our team members will be in touch shortly after. During this initial consultation, we will go over the details of your request to ensure that we have all the information we need to provide you with a proper service quote.

If you are not sure where or how to start, we are happy to schedule you for a pre-consultation where a fee will be charged to help guide and mentor you.

IV. MOODBOARD

A mood board or visual board is a tool we use to give you an overview of the elements that will be part of the future image of your brand. We will be discussing these elements and will refine the details of color palettes, textures, and graphic elements.

II. CONTRACT AND PAYMENT TERMS

Once the quote has been validated, we then proceed to create your contract. Your contract will establish the terms and specifications of your project as well as payment terms. As per the contract, a down payment of 50% of your total invoice amount will be required for all services upfront.


V. DESIGN

The final stage in our creative process is design. This is where all the fun begins and we get to bring your ideas to life! During the stage of design, we take all the information that we gathered from the creative brief and we combine it with the ideas that were put together in the mood board. We then design a custom strategy according to your needs - this includes, branding, website design, content creation, and other customized services.

Afterward, it’s time for you to receive your Brand Board bringing together all of the elements that we’ve been working on.

Note: We take into account your suggestions throughout the design process. Additional revisions and changes can still be made during this step.

III. CREATIVE BRIEF

We provide each of our clients with a questionnaire to be filled out. This will be used as a foundation throughout our working process together. The questionnaire is meant for you to tell us the story of your company, business values, and what drives and motivates you. It is in our most interest to learn about your goals and expectations related to the project.

VI. GETTING THINGS FINALIZED

After all of the drafts and changes have been finalized, a final version of the project will be sent for approval. Once approved, you will then receive all of the assets that pertain to the project inquired. These will be available for access and download, at any time, and will not expire.
